Project: Party-Ready Kitchen Renovation – Pleasantville, NY

Before Image After Image

In Pleasantville, NY, client had a clear vision for her kitchen: it had to be the ultimate space for music, food, and all the party vibes! With her Latin roots, she wanted to blend modern flair with a sprinkle of Moroccan magic. But first, we had a big task ahead— removing the “elephant in the room” (aka, a hefty load-bearing wall) that was hogging all the fun between the dining room and kitchen.

Hubby was surprisingly ready to say goodbye to the piano that had turned into a stylish dust collector! So, we expanded the kitchen, transforming that space into a chic wet bar, perfectly tying it all together. To bring in a dash of Mediterranean charm, we chose stunning Moroccan-inspired tiles for the island that practically dance with the colors.

And let’s not forget the impressive 45-degree corner, meticulously crafted by our tiler—who clearly deserves a standing ovation! We finished it off with porcelain tiles arranged in a herringbone design and a Rustic Alder stain for the island and wet bar. The result? A fabulous space that not only meets the client’s vision but also promises endless gatherings filled with laughter, music, and delicious food. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out!
